Up to 4 weeks before the start date of the stay 50%                                                                                    Up to 2 weeks before the start date of the stay 70%                                                                                    Up to 1 week before the start date of the stay 90%.

If the apartment is not used (anymore) until the start date or during the stay, the full amount remains due.
